Had a great experience with this company today. The men that came, Nate and his assistant, did a wonderful job of being professional and informing me along the way of their work. They had to go to Monticello to replace a part that they did not have on the truck. Told me one hour round trip. Took them all of 45 mins. Kind, polite and informative. Please give these men the raise they deserve. They worked hard and definitely did not drag it out. Professionalism and politeness was huge plus for me. I felt comfortable allowing them in my home. This was a great experience for me and my other family members have also had a positive experience as well. Thank you gentleman for your hard work.

Hurricane Home Solutions installed my Champion home standby generator on 18 December 2024. Not a simple install due to incorporating a sub panel and dealing with numerous GFE circuits. John and Eddie were steadfast and professional in seeing the install through to completion. My neighbors even commented on how dedicated they were given their perseverance despite cold, crappy weather with steady rain. They even put down floor coverings to deal with the mud/clay and cleaned up work areas such that you couldn’t even tell they had been there. I appreciate the install job. Looking forward to the serviceman coming back out in 2 weeks to replace faulty sensor and getting us completely operational.

After getting a couple very high estimates for a Generac, I did some research and found Champion Generators were highly rated by Consumer Reports. As I didn’t think they had a dealer in Central NY, I went on the Champion website and was connected with Hurricane Home Solutions. Rob came to the house and gave us a no pressure estimate that was $4000 less! They made it easy, taking care of permits and the installers, Nate and Sam, were very helpful, professionally, competent and friendly. I also wanted a company that could provide service after the sale and could install both the gas and electric. Just got it installed and hoping all goes as well if power ever goes out.

Good day! After quite a bit of research, several site visits, and quotes from multiple companies, we had Hurricane Home Solutions install a Champion 8.5 kw automatic standby generator to provide fully automatic emergency power to 10 essential circuits in our home. After extensive renovation of our home this past summer and many years of experience with a manual transfer/portable 3.5 kw propane generator we knew an "essential circuits" solution for our home was both what we wanted and what would fit into our budget.

This company, Hurricane Home Solutions is fantastic, from the sales person, who knew the products from his experience installing them and matching the correct generator with our power needs and budgets, to the installation crew, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the product and our Home electricity. We were very impressed and pleasantly satisfied with the installers who showed us what we needed to know about our new generator and didn't talk down to us,they were respectful and helped make our electrical system better than new. We applaud this company for being great with customer service and great installation.

Everything was scheduled and on time. There was nothing that needed to be done or cleaning when the installers finished From start to finish 5 hours which included demonstration on the unit. Emergency service numbers were left with the manuals with stickers on the unit. I would definitely use this company again.

HHS installed my new Generac system.....flawlessly and explained everything I needed to know about it. Had two major power outages since then and I was able to be in the comfort of my home with no electrical problems.....I'm outside of Buffalo, we we know bad weather. A great investment.

Hurricane Home Solutions (HHS) installed a Cummings backup generator at our home nearly a year ago. I'm very pleased with the quality of the generator and the quality of the installation. Two installers spent a very long day doing the entire installation and verified that the unit was working before they left after the sun was down. I found a very small leak in he outside propane lines a few days later. A technician was dispatched who fixed the leak. They took care of the post Install electrical inspection and got the building permit issued and approved. I didn't have to worry about anything. They did it all.

Hurricane upgraded our old standby generator to a new, whole house system. They took care of all the permitting and code adherence (not an easy thing in the city), and positioned our old machinery where it could be picked up by a charity. Their installation was ideal in every way. The best home installers one could ask for. The plumbing, electrical, and mechanical technicians took care of everything with competency and efficiency. The workings of the generator, its service requirements, and online linkage were explained in an easily understandable manner. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Hurricane, and give them our strongest recommendation.

We recently had a new home generator installed by Hurricane Solutions and were very happy with the entire process. From initial contact and review of our needs to the installation and explanation of system afterwards. They were very professional, courteous and respectful of our needs/concerns. Something I thought the world was without. The install guys were wayyyyy above and beyond amazing. Complete Quality operation blew me away at every turn like I haven’t seen by a vendor in YEARS. Excellent and fast service.. had a Generator installed on n 2/24/2023 in Webster the crew was awesome and extremely professional, took time to explain everything along the way without anyone hovering over them and managed to do an outstanding job both inside and outside of the home despite horrible weather conditions. I am more than satisfied with my new Cummins whole home generator, especially lately with the crazy weather we have had. We lost power and immediately we were restored by this generator. We used the Lowes website and they called us in under 1 day. We made an appointment for Wednesday. Matthew tested the water and wrote the proposal that day. Thursday Ish and Mike R. had the whole water system in in one half day. They were super smart about water issues, very clean and friendly. They explained everything to us about maintenance. We just want to say thank you for the beyond amazing service that we received from office staff and even more the gentleman that installed our new water softener system with reverse osmosis, uv light and a tankless hot water heater . Mike and Forest where amazing, knowledgeable and kind. Mike helped move some things around in the basement because I didnâ t have it done in time. They are a great team and work really well with each other. We had made them sweet Italian sausage for lunch. We noticed a water leak after they left l. Mike was so amazing and drove from Albany to fix it for us on his way home for the night. I had some chili cooking and gave him some.

I just had a new Heil furnace and AC put in it replaced a Thermo Pride furnace 42 year's old. The person with his daughter did a terrific job. I would hire them again. Very satisfied. I also had them romove my 12 year old tank water heater, and install a new tankless water heater. They sent a crew of 4 men. They had the job done in four hours. Again this crew did excellent work. I would hire them also again. 😁 Today is May 20, 2021. Outside temperature is 90 degrees. I just started my Heil Air Conditioner for the first time. It is very quiet and cooling quickly. I should have made this improvement long before now. I am very satisfied, an again give them 5 Stars.

Everything from day 1 was great, covid happenned and there was a delay with the generator coming in, but that's out of everyone's hand. They did a great clean install, and we're super professional about everything. Staff was super friendly and communication was amazing. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good professional install. This is one of the few things in a house that u cannot pinch pennies on. And they were worth every single one of them.
